1. Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility for Returns: You may return most products within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:
    • Opened software, media, or digital products
    • Custom-made or personalized items
    • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

2. How to Return an Item

  • We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your product.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements.
  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If the return is denied, we will notify you of the reason, and the product will be returned to you at your expense.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will provide a full refund or send you a replacement product at no additional cost. The return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by TVComparisonVIP.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
  • We do not process direct exchanges.

6. Processing Time

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your payment provider.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return.
